Bryant Shulsen is our Safety Director. He is a former driver himself and extremely well-versed in safety and safety technology. Our safety department is here to serve! They serve the company, our drivers, the driving public and assure we meet all FMCSA regulations. We believe safety should be one of the highest priorities we have. Our safety record speaks for itself. We currently rank in the top percentage of trucking companies our size. Our CSA score speaks for itself. We want our drivers to have a great relationship with our Safety Director and to reach out to our Training Coordinator when questions arise about weather related issues, safety questions, truck operation or Cox best practices.
This team will guide you through the orientation process and make sure you have an understanding of Cox Trucking’s best practices and company policies. But equally important – you will build a rapport with them and the Cox Management team from day one. You will know the safety team and they will know you as you walk out the door to make your first run. Safety is everyone’s job! We are in this as a team.
