Gary has been Cox Trucking’s recruiter for a few years now. He won't just answer your questions - he will get to know your wants and needs. He is a straight shooter who has driven a truck and knows what it is like to be on the road. He will help you determine if Cox Trucking is the right place for you. He will also guide you to which fleet and opportunity in Cox Trucking is best. And, if it is not a good fit or you choose not to join us, Gary keeps the door open for you and we part friends.
After your hire, your retention with the company is very important to all of us; but Gary takes it personally! He wants to see you succeed and will help you get a great start in the right position within Cox Trucking.
